Bob Morrison is a planner with over forty years of experience, primarily in the fields of water management and transportation.  In addition to managing planning studies and facilitating public involvement, he has conducted ground-breaking technical work on a variety of issues including institutional analysis, performance measures, health-care reform, campaign finance, and municipal finances.
